Indoor outfit shots? What? I know, I know. It's much too cold and foggy outside to take outdoor photos, though. I promise, this won't be a normal occurrence. I much prefer outdoor photos. These ones are taken on our front porch that my mom just recently (in the last few days) dressed up and made decent looking. I think she did a wonderful job. You would, too, if you had seen it before.
I don't love the lighting in some of these photos. The dark but bright light from outside plus the overhead light on the porch made for some weird shadows. But I think they turned out alright.
I wore this last night to rehearsal, then to Jason's, and then again this morning to a production meeting. Talk about versatile! These first few shots are how I wore it last night.
(See the flower up in the corner? I was going to crop it out, but I think it adds character!) |
The above photo is how I wore it this morning to the production meeting, with the skirt worn as a dress. I wasn't going to bother taking a photo of this outfit, but Jason said I should. He's very persuasive. One of the things I love most about this skirt, is that it is easy to change the look by just pulling the waistband up. It's very comfortable and lightweight, but also warm.
I'm sorry I don't have a photo of my shoes, but they're the same ones I wore the other day. I'm kind of obsessed with them.
