Monday Favorites 8/22

Happy Monday, everyone!  Here is what I'm loving this week:

Things to be thankful for

• How to Get the Boring Tasks Done.  As someone with ADD, that's a constant struggle for me!  
• Betsey Johnson's muse and assistant, Stef, describes what it means to be a muse.  Fascinating! 
• Love this minimal picture comparison of Paris and New York.  I've never been to either city, but you definitely see the stereotypes in there.
• Notable haircuts in popular music.  So cool!

I would like this to be mine.  How cozy does that look?

• Seriously love this teacup lamp!  Maybe someday I'll have the motivation to DIY that.
• This wrap bracelet is on my to-do list.  Michael's, here I come!
• What would you bring with you if your house was burning down?  Completely fascinating.
• This hula-hoop rug looks so easy to make!  And easy for kids, too.  Sounds like a great project.

Other things I'm loving this week:

- My kindle.  Seriously, I've had it since Christmas and I'm still in love.

- Lipton Raspberry Ice Tea

- Avocados.  Mmmmm.

- Stupid TV shows: Storage Wars, Mall Cops, Collection Obsession.  All of them

- Fried rice!  And General Tso's Chicken!
